Assigning a user to targets during user creation
New users can now be assigned to one or more existing targets as part of the user creation process using the new
Target field in the
Add New User / Payee section, where the required target(s) can be selected from a drop-down list. This streamlines setup by removing extra steps after user creation and helps ensure that no user is left unassigned.
To assign a user to a target during user creation:
1. Go to
Users.
2. Click
Add New User / Payee.

3. Fill all required fields.
4. Locate the
Target field at the bottom.

5. Select the target(s) the user needs to be assigned to and click
Save.

6. Click
Add.

7. The user is created and automatically added to the selected target(s).
