Creating a template for data import helps streamline the process by eliminating the need to map fields manually during each import. Follow these steps to create and use a template:
1. Go to Data Hub from the main menu.
2. Click on the blue Start CSV, XLSX, or XLS Data Import button.
3. Select the module, browse your file, and click Continue.
4. Map the fields - click Suggest all, then click on each field to map it.
5. Click Save as a Template.
6. Enter the template name, add a description if needed and click Save.
7. Proceed with the import
8. For future imports, use the saved template to skip manual mapping.
9. To do this, after step 3, select a template from the drop-down list and proceed with the import.
