The system provides the ability to automate commission processing through a scheduling feature. Follow these steps to set up automatic commission scheduling:
1. Navigate to Settings > Commission Scheduling.
2. Click the Add Commission Schedule button.
3. Select the start date and specify how frequently commissions should be processed.
4. Decide whether the schedule should have an end date. Choose from:
Never: The schedule will run indefinitelyOn a Specific Date: Select the end dateAfter a Set Number of Occurrences: Enter the number of times the process should repeat
5. Choose what needs to be processed during each cycle. Options include:
OpportunitiesCommissions Current Period
Commissions All Unlocked Periods
Multiple items can be selected. For example, you can choose both Opportunities and Commissions All Unlocked Periods for simultaneous processing.
6. After completing all fields, click Save to activate the schedule.
