How to set a future suspension date for a user
The system now enables scheduling a user suspension for a future date, automatically updating the user’s status once the specified date is reached. Follow these steps to set a future suspension date for a user:
1. Open the Users from the main menu.
2. Click on the 3 dots next to the user to suspend and select Edit User.
3. In the Suspend On field, select the suspension date and click Save.
4. After saving, the user's status will change to Pending Suspension. Once the suspension date is reached, the status will automatically change to Suspended.
The suspension date can also be set when adding a new user by filling in the Suspend On field during the user creation process.
Additionally, users can now be filtered by their statuses, making it easier to manage and review user accounts.
