How to set up notes

Notes gives the option to add notes to specific sections of the website for the purpose of commenting on specific topics for other users to see. 


  1. Click on the notes button at the top right of the page. 
  2. Click the '+' button to create a new note. 
  3. Create a note and set it's visibility. Mention others within the company using the '@' symbol. Click 'Save'.
     

  4. Pin or delete the note by clicking on the three dots next to it. 
  5. Click on 'All Notes' to go to a page containing all notes on the site.
Note: When mentioning other users, a notification will be sent to the users' inboxes.
