How to update a lookup table via csv import

There are two ways to update a lookup table: bulk update or single-line update.

BULK UPDATE

Updating Existing Data

1. Navigate to Lookup Tables from the main menu.
2. Select the lookup table to be updated.


3. Click Export Data to download a spreadsheet containing all lookup table data.



4. Make the necessary changes to the existing data and save the spreadsheet.
5. Return to the system and click Import Data, selecting the option Update Data.




Adding New Data

1. Download the template.



2. Fill in the spreadsheet and save the file.
3. Return to the system and click Import Data, selecting the option Insert Data.





SINGLE-LINE UPDATE

1. Select the line that needs updating.
2. Click on the pencil icon to edit, make the required changes, and click Save.





3. To add a new line, click on the '+' icon, enter the required details and click Save.

Note: Multiple rows can also be added.
