Importing Data in CSV XLS & XLSX file formats

Commissionly now supports data import from not only the CSV format but also from XLS and XLSX file formats. To import data, please follow these steps:

- Navigate to the Data Hub from the Main Menu.
- Select the blue 'Start CSV, XLSX, or XLS Data Import' button.



- Choose from the options provided: Companies, Contacts, Products, or Opportunities.
- Browse your file and click on 'Continue.'


- Select the correct spreadsheet tab and click on 'Submit.'



- Proceed with your import as usual.

Important Note: Please ensure that for all file formats, you follow the data preparation steps before the import. This includes removing total lines, empty rows, and pictures, as well as ensuring that MID values are not in scientific number format, etc.
