MID confirmation on Data Hub import

The system provides the possibility to directly add MIDs during Data Hub import. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Begin the import process by navigating to Data Hub.
2. Select 'Opportunities,' choose your file, and click on 'Continue.'



3. Click on the 'Options' button.



4. Choose 'MID Validation Required' and select the MID Vlookup table along with the column containing MID numbers.



5. Proceed to 'Suggest all' your fields and designate the MID number field as a validation field.



6. At this juncture, you can 'Save it as a Template', then run the import.



7. If some MIDs cannot be found in the Vlookup table, the system will notify you, offering two options:

- Import without Adding - MIDs will still be added to Opportunities, but not to the Vlookup.
- Add them to the Vlookup as well - Refer to the further screenshots for the instructions on how to proceed:





9. If a new MID should be assigned to a new user not yet existing in the system, you can also add that individual at this stage.






10. When the process is finished, your data will be successfully uploaded.
