How to pay multiple-stage commission

If different individuals receive commission at different stages of a deal, you need to prepare your data file first to make sure all individuals receive their commission.

Below is an example of what that data file should look like:


Along with the columns relating to deals, two extra columns need to be created, Split With and Split Share.
In the Split With column, type in the names of the individuals responsible for each stage of the commission, separated by two straight lines - as seen in the spreadsheet - Bob Jones||Sue Sundstrom
In the Split Share column, type 100 for each individual, separated again by two straight lines - 100||100

  2. Create multiple commissions with different statuses. Refer: How to create a commission plan

  3. Process it.
